"I thought it odd that we had to make our own beds. A 1st for me using VRBO The vegetation could be trimmed to better enjoy the beautiful backyard waterfall/same for the lakeview Saw four wild turkeys while looking out of our picture window each morning Bed was comfortable. Had restful sleep. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy peaceful setting "

"We really enjoyed staying at this cottage! It is apparent that Adam has taken a lot of care in renovating the cottage with quality craftsmanship, materials and appliances, while still retaining the charm of this property. We liked the new kayaks and paddleboards. We spent time relaxing in the small lake house on the shores of the lake. The kids liked having ping pong tournaments each night. I would recommend this cottage -- it is a great lake experience!"

"Great location and nice property. Disappointed that none of the summer amenities of the lake were available during my stay. I feel that I paid Summer rates and the dock, canoes and kayaks and other lakes amenities were inaccessible . We were unable to fish off the dock, and that was a disappointment.. Minor suggestions: install a functional drip coffee maker, and provide some kind of ability to hang clothes in the downstairs bedroom"

"Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back.
