"My daughter upgraded us to a seaview and my gosh that made all the difference. The views of the water and beaches were fabulous. The hotel itself is a bit far from the actual town so we had to drive. Nadia, at the front desk , is a gem and we enjoyed our chats with her. The dining room is lovely and the food is good. "The location is beautiful, the home modern and the host is so friendly (not to mention the chillest dog Brody who is just a handsome lad). There’s lovely little bar and restaurant a couple minutes up the road where you can grab dinner. Note - this part of the island is really away from it all which makes it wonderful. "Ian's lodge proved to be super quaint in a quiet part of Kilchoan and up a slight hill, with a view of the water in the distance. Secluded surroundings making an evening on the porch ideal and private. Nice over hang making sit outs in the rain ideal and atmospheric. Very close to Kilchoan grocery store which also has a petrol station and with Kilchoan Hotel only a 5 minute walk away. So you have all the amenities on your doorstep.
