"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

"We loved our stay, the kids loved the house and we thought Edward was very responsive. It is a lovely house and convenient for our family. We would definitely return and would recommend to others. The house was very spacious and close to Winifred and Frenchman's cove beaches. The only recommendation I have is getting a dryer. It’s more convenient for guest and given it rains sometimes overnight or early morning there is less opportunity to have dry clothes for the next day. But otherwise your charming house is on the repeat list. We can't wait to return.. "
"I recently booked several rooms over the past weekend as my family traveled to Jamaica for a funeral. We had a few mishaps on our part, but the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout.
The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and Terrence went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious, and even though the pool was a little low on water, my kids still had a great time.
The view was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this was a wonderful experience during a difficult time, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back."

"Comfortable cozy rooms with spacoius bathrooms. Clean, beautiful with fresh free following air.
Service was amazing. I got fast a quick response from management. Our host Vince was always a text or phone call away ,to make sure we experience a comfortable stay. The food made to order by chef and house keeping Ms. Althea was delicious 😋. We were served local cuisine.
Location is super convenient, with just 10 minutes drive to the airport. Close to a major shopping center hub in harbor view.
The views from the hotel was amazing. We saw lovely mountain ranges from one side and beautiful ocean views on the other.
Next time I need to be in the Kingston area, I know exactly where I will be staying. Thank you Scarlett Hotel for taking care of me and my family. We had a fantastic time!
