"Positive: The family running the hotel is very sweet and kind. It’s also located close to the beach where you can watch Turtles, so that’s a plus. Negative: Unfortunately our room was very dirty. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all after the previous guests left. Many, many hair on the bed, pillow and ground. "Very friendly family service. Great location for beach - 2-3 min walk. Lots of great restaurants around, especially on beach. Next to road, so easy to get tuktuk. Comprehensive convenience shop 4 min walk. Lovely pool with outdoor shower. A/C kept room at nice temperature, with ceiling fan. Family room had two double beds and we had a cot, so family of five well-suited. Room cleaned every 3 days. "This house is virtually a step away from the sea and it feels like you have your very own small, private beach. A bit far from the town for bars and restaurants but a good small local restaurant two minutes walk away. Breakfast provided, by a woman that comes to the house and uses the kitchen. Great in one sense but if you really like your privacy note that she does hang around each day for about 3 hours doing cleaning etc..
