"A lovely stay at Gopshusgården We stayed at Gopshusgården in July and really enjoyed it. The cabins were clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It’s a calm and genuine place with a very welcoming atmosphere. When we arrived and mentioned we wanted to go for a swim but had no food with us, the host kindly made sandwiches for us to take to the lake — such a thoughtful gesture! "We love this hotel so much. We wanted to stay longer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa. The sauna, indoor pool and hot tubs were fabulous. They are beautifully designed in a modern way that stays in harmony with the old world feeling of the hotel. The restaurant is absolutely delicious. We live in New Orleans, LA : a city known for its good food, so when we travel the food bar is set high. My husband is gluten free and dairy free and the staff constantly checked with the kitchen to make sure he could safely eat everything. It was consistently delicious. Tallberg is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. I can’t wait to visit again and stay longer."
