"The units were mostly clean and well stocked (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker) but needs to be updated. Our kids who stayed in a double king unit had food in the fridge left from prior guests. The shower did not have a curtain liner, the remote for the old tv was broken. We had a group of bikers staying there the same time. Nice people but loud bikes early and late, coming and going. It is what it is but we were right at the entrance and it did affect our sleeping experience. It would have been nice to group them all at the front and put everyone else in a less exposed area."

"Our A/C was not working, the first night was miserable. I talked to the front desk which was across the street at the best western inn. I had them listen to a video I made of the A/C and they said they would get maintenance out there to see what’s going on. Which they did and it worked great the remaining of our stay. Then on our last night we got back that evening and the room was crawling with ants everywhere in the room. They were on the two double beds in the sheets, on the floor, on the walls, on and in the mini frig, in the bathroom, on the desk. They were literary everywhere! The staff were very nice, polite and helpful but we will never stay there again. I do NOT recommend that place to anyone. "

"It’s a decent budget hotel. The free breakfast is below similar hotels. Other residents will wake you early as they prepare for early excursions. But the rooms are clean and the pool area has a nice view of a ridge."

"We were a little concerned when we arrived because the area by the driveway looked clear and pristine on the VRBO site. When we arrived, it was covered with weeds and the grounds looked unkept. However as we entered the home we were pleasantly surprised. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed except the aluminum (we forgot)!We appreciate the efforts the owners put into providing a comfortable, relaxing place for their guests and would definitely recommend their home to friends coming to visit the Kanab area!"
