"We enjoyed our stay at this classic VT farmhouse. Our family and friends found it very comfortable and relaxing. Our dog loved it as well. We took advantage of the wood stove (had to get some kindling and newspaper to get it started). Maybe think about getting a few more knives, forks and spoons. We had 8 for a couple of nights and used all 8 provided. Loved the location. Nice uphill walks and just a 6 minute drive to Sugarbush pkg lot. All in all a great week. Would come back here again."

"This was advertised as a walk to lifts but, while very close to the mountain, it is a must-drive to lifts. I believe the listing has been updated since we stayed there to reflect that drive. The rest of the house was as listed, plenty of room to hang out for two families and sleeping arrangements worked out, as well. It was not clean and we had a plumbing issue, but the property manager was very responsive and offered remedies right away. "

"The apartment itself and the location were perfect. It was exactly as described, very close to the mountain, and extremely convenient for skiing at Sugarbush. The space was nice inside, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The only issue we experienced involved the upstairs neighbor. Around 7 PM on Saturday night, while we were quietly playing a game of cards, she came downstairs, banged on the door, and introduced herself as the owner upstairs. She was angry and said we were being too loud, even though quiet hours were not until 10 PM and we were speaking at a normal indoor volume. The interaction felt unreasonable and was startling enough that it scared some members of our group. It also seemed clear that she has ongoing issues with rentals in the unit downstairs. Once we explained that we would of course respect quiet hours after 10 PM, she did not bother us again. Aside from that situation, the property itself was great. The apartment was comfortable, well located, and worked perfectly for our stay near the mountain."

"Good location, but not super easy to navigate the ski-in and ski-out trails. House directly accessible from the trails only for expert/daring skiers but walking to and from the access path was not bad. We had excellent communication with property management company, they were very helpful and responsive. The place is roomy and comfortable, great for ski groups but pots/pans and cooking utensils should be upgraded. "

"Excellent location and beautiful, well stocked home. There did seem to be an odor, as mentioned in other reviews, which appeared to be from the plumbing traps being dry from lack of use, but we ran water through all the drains (including the washer and dishwasher) and that seemed to reduce it significantly. I suggest you have the property manager run water through the plumbing when the house has not been used regularly to avoid the issue. Otherwise it was clean and lovely."

"The home was warm and inviting! There was plenty of space to gather as a group for game night or to find a quiet spot to read a good book. The home is minutes from Sugarbush for downhill skiing or from two other XC skiing areas. I would highly recommend this home! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!!"

"House was very dirty. Spider webs, mouse poop, moldy toilets, black mold on walls, dead mice, mice and rats running around. Not sure how they justify charging a cleaning fee for this house. "

"Great place to stay! We came in the summer had basically the whole complex to ourselves. Great to use the pool to cool off in the afternoon. Close to Waitsfield, Warren, Waterbury, this house provided us with a great base to explore Vermont. We are thankful for the fans - they were very helpful in the heat. Overall this was a great house for our family and we really enjoyed our stay!"
