Room was nice. The view of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London was really nice. My husband liked the Nespresso machine. Wished it had a quest refrigerator.
We ate at the restaurant it was nice had a great patio right next to the Thames.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with really comfy beds. Service was great and a brilliant location. Will definitely stay here again. Hot food was slow being refilled at breakfast but the food was very nice.

Lovely hotel and great service! You can buy cocktails 2 for £15 on the vouchers which are fairly good value. Breakfast was amazing and varied with gluten free options too! Only issue was having to get two lifts and navigate labyrinthine corridors to get to room on 7th floor.
