for the price and location - this place is awesome, my only problem was seeing they keep dolphins - for what reason??? let them go ! their pool is small and shallow, they have no place to hide from people; please please let them go - and if for some reasons they cannot be released - please give them more space and do not conduct shows and petting ...

As Tahiti is an expensive destination we felt we hit pretty good value although we did choose the most expensive room, over water bungalow-awesome!

Cadre idyllique mais choisissez le calme

Hôtel très confortable, idéalement bien placé et agréable. Cependant il était très fréquenté en ce week-end de vacances scolaires et manquait de calme et de sérénité. Préférer les logements sur les îlots pour profiter de la beauté et le calme du lieu. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, face au lagon, mais prenez le package avec petit-déjeuner inclus car son prix est prohibitif (autour de 40€ par personne)

Excellent juste un petit couac

Très bien... rien a dire bel établissement personnel accueillant et emplacement au top... le hic du séjour malgré le très bon score de l’hôtel ... un Check in tôt car on arrive très tôt et on me mets soit disant une chambre en priorité de nettoyage ... au final chambre dispo à 15h... le souci c’est de proposer un service qui n’arrive pas autant rien proposer lol... en attendant le 15h pas de proposition de pass serviette pour la piscine bref petit raté...

Great property, beautiful views, tasty food yet sadly many individuals of the hotel staff could have had a better attitude customer service wise, lots of hardships with language barrier and even when in communication understood not great service all around had to speak with management a few times to get things resolved, the great few employees were absolutely helpful & fantastic but the rest very sub par, we hate to compare but absolutely different experience at Hilton Moorea which is always outstanding in every way or even Intercontinental Tahiti amazing staff there!! We sadly wouldn’t go back to that property again too many nuisances unfortunately especially with the extra considerations that should be common courtesy in traveling with a baby :(

Deixou a desejar. Banheiro sujo com insetos, café da manhã fraco, praia cercada por um enorme pier cheio de barcos, golfinhos e tartarugas aprisionados. Definitivamente não merece a classificação desse site, está mais para um hotel 3 estrelas. Outras opções melhores em Moorea.

Old rooms needing massive upgrading. Nothing special will be done if you plan tour honeymoon here. Basic room and very expensive food. Not what you can categorize as Romantic place, even if your get through Junior Suite Overwater Bungalow (only 4 are available and even these are close to the shore so barely overwater)

Très bon séjour

Très bon hôtel 4* avec tous les services disponibles. Personnel accueillant et serviable (nous ont dépanné d’un transfert suite à défaut de location de voiture). Malheureusement pas de Spa cause travaux de réfection et non annoncé par l’hôtel sur son site et il est regrettable que le bar indoor ne soit ouvert que lorsqu’il pleut.

So glad I stayed here - stayed in 4 hotels during our vacation and this one was by far the best. Clean, friendly, kid friendly, awesome pools, AMAZING food. Will go again.

We had a great room but one night into our stay, the majority of the hotel staff went on strike. After that our room was not cleaned, they just delivered towels. There was no room service. Only one hotel restaurant was open each evening and they served an awful buffet.

Très bel hôtel avec superbes infrastructures. On nous a réservé un très bel accueil, lit très confortable, prêt de canoë et paddle, petit déjeuner très varié ... nous avons passé une soirée avec repas, danses et chants polynésiens, très bon moment! Luxueusement décevant ! je ne recommande pas

La chambre avec piscine est sympa (toutefois la reception ne nous a pas averti des travaux très bruyants du spa, nous avons dû changer de chambre 2x ). L'hotel nous a proposé la demi pension en nous disant que c'était beaucoup plus interessant, MALHEUREUSEMENT nous nous sommes bien fait avoir car la demi pension ne comprend pas le petit déjeuner ( 8200 xpf soit 68€ jours pour 2 personnes ) le tarif demi pension est tout simplement plus cher que les tarifs à la carte du restaurant ce qui me semble juste inadmissible...Je dirais meme incroyable. La plage est ridicule nous avons dû nous rendre au Sofitel pour pouvoir profiter d'une belle plage. Le DIRECTEUR est mesquin et d'une rare lâcheté il se présente tout sourire à votre table au restaurant puis vous le retrouvez plus loin, lors du buffet demandant à couper " les morceaux de viande beaucoup plus petits" Lors du check out nous avons appris que le tarif (demi pension) ne comprenait pas le petit déjeuner. Suite à mon mécontentement j'ai demandé des explications, le personnel à l'accueil m'a répondu qu'il déconseillait toujours la demi pension. Je demande donc au directeur des explications qui me demande 2 minutes, malgré 45min d'attente pas de nouvelles. La literie de mauvaise qualité bref cela ne vaut pas du tout le coup de réserver dans cette hotel. `Le Sofitel ou l'Hilton sont beaucoup mieux Tarif uniquement pour les diners 3546 € ( hors hébergement) j'espère que ça aidera d'autres utilisateurs du site

This is one of the most beautiful settings in the world. Everyone a the hotel is so pleasant and helpful. Sometimes they are a little slow in getting your room cleaned, but they will get it done and work around your schedule.
