Nice cozy bungalow near the water.Even though there was a tv, there were no available channels to tune into and the internet got spotty in the evening.Would have been nice to see a radio as well.

Clean, As Shown

This tiny house was clean with good AC inside. The host was very responsive and nice when we were a little lost to find it. I will say it’s a little out of the way from most of the things we wanted to do on the island compared to other places we stayed but the island is small so not a huge deal as long as you have your own rental car.

The Koa bungalow was double booked so the owner put us in the other bungalow (Piu). This review is about the Piu. While the place is generally clean and comfortable, it lacked a few things that would make the place homey. For example, there are no hooks and no closet to hang anything. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen so if the window is closed, you can’t get the smell out. We kept the window closed to keep the mosquitoes out (there is no bug screen). Overall, the surrounding is gorgeous. It’s far from the north end where all the tours take place though.
