    Welcome to a spacious and comfortable home, offering 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

    Property Features:
    Two Separate Living Areas:
    First living area features a 3-seater and 2-seater lounge, and a flat-screen TV.
    Second living room offers a chaise lounge and a flat-screen TV with Free-to-Air channels.

    Dining Area:
    A spacious 8-seater dining table, perfect for family meals or entertaining.

    Climate Control:
    Split system reverse-cycle air conditioners are located at each end of the house, with additional units in the main bedroom and bunk room. Ceiling fans are also provided in the living areas and the two main bedrooms. (Note: Due to the bunk bed, the third bedroom does not have a ceiling fan.)

    Outdoor Living:
    Enjoy the fresh air on the covered outdoor deck, featuring a gas BBQ. The back deck is equipped with café blinds to block out sunlight and reduce the effect of strong Moonta Bay winds.

    Fully Enclosed Yard: Safe for children and pets, with a swing set in the backyard.

    Off-Street Parking: Available for boats or additional vehicles, with a vacant lot next door.

    Conveniences:
    Washing machine for your laundry needs.
    Well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
    Small selection of games and activities for younger children.
    Fish cleaning station at the rear of the property.
    Carport behind gates with space for up to two vehicles.

    BYO Linen: Guests are required to bring their own linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels.

    Pet-Friendly Policy: Pets are welcome with prior notification before arrival. We prefer pets to stay outdoors; however, if they do enter the house, they are not permitted on furniture or beds. Any pet hair found on bedding or furniture will incur additional cleaning fees.

    Bedding Configuration:
    Bedroom 1: Queen bed with access to a two-way bathroom.
    Bedroom 2: One single bed and a single-over-double bunk bed.
    Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
    Quilts and pillows are provided on the beds, but guests must supply their own linen, including sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

    Sustainability:
    Elliott's Lodge primarily operates on rainwater for most of the year, with a switch to mains water for a few months. The property is also powered by solar energy.

We had an amazing family holiday. The house had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, wifi, two enormous tvs, comfy beds are was safe for dogs.

Family weekend getaway

What a wonderful place to stay! Very child and pet friendly. Our daughter LOVED the swing set and the dogs were safely secured in the backyard. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday. Would definitely recommend this place for families. We can't wait to come back.

Home away from home

A well equipped house for a home away from home for the weekend. Perfect spot and only a few minutes from everything. Seems small from the front - but spacious living areas and sleeping areas to be explored as you go inside! Thanks for having us.

Looking fir a quiet few days over Christmas to escape the madness at this time of year. Perfect for our dog, secure neat quiet abd walkable to beach shops abd such a great friendly town. Proprry had ample room large bedrooms with a few extras like games , dry food large fridge and BBQ.

Great little house

Love this place. Only thing I could say is update info- it says there’s foxtel but there wasn’t. Also says no WiFi but they have that available. Very clean and tidy and close to beach, will be back!

A very good place to stay!

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. It was also a nice quiet area and therefor a relaxing few days. We tried to contact the owners, to say, the air conditioner near the deck area wouldn’t work, and we could not get sound on the tv near the front door. My email went to the outbox and would not send.

Great property for a getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Elliott's lodge. The property was bigger than we expected. The 2 separate living areas was great and the place didn't feel crowded with 5 adults. Pet friendly with an enclosed backyard which was the reason we chose to stay. It's really hard to find pet friendly accommodation that is also fully enclosed. Only suggestions to the owners would be to add a hair dryer to the list of items supplied at the property and perhaps instead of providing foxtel, WiFi would be more versatile. Thanks for a great stay, we'll certainly be recommending you!

Moonta getaway

Chose this property because of its location and amenities and especially because two of the bedrooms had queen size beds providing both of us with our separate space. Couldn’t fault the house setup, heating, cooking facilities, bathroom, comfortable beds. We knew there would be no wi fi at the property but expected the operation of the two TV’s to be straight forward. It wasn’t. There were no “cheat sheets” to refer to (mentioned as available in the confirmation letter) leading me to confer back and forth with the hosts for advice and help through texts. In the end we decided that getting 2 TV stations ( ABC and SBS) was better than none and discontinued texts with the hosts. Consequently we were disappointed that the issue of “no signal” on the other channels wasn’t resolved during our stay but seeing it was only for 3 nights, it was bearable and didn’t taint our overall impression of our stay in Moonta which we enjoyed.
