    The ideal apartment for families and small groups of friends offers peace and quiet and a strategic location: just 15 minutes from Lake Garda (Sirmione, Peschiera), 10 minutes from Borghetto and Valeggio sul Mincio, and the Sigurtà Garden Park.

    The perfect base, nestled between history and nature, to fully enjoy the combination of Lake Garda and our morainic hills.

    A cosy apartment with vintage charm
    The apartment, with its authentic vintage furnishings, perfectly reflects the historic setting in which it is located. Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 5 people.


    Ground floor

    The living area features a living room with a sofa and armchair, a bookshelf, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker or moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, and much more. A bathroom equipped with a washing machine completes this floor.
