"They have me a completely different room than what was booked/requested by Expedia, what was on my receipt, and just said "no, that's not what they requested." Wouldn't change my room. When I asked to see the request ticket from Expedia that they had was simply told "no. It says what you got." "

"The lighting in this room was excellent. We stayed at 5 other hotels the past week and the lighting was so poor it felt like a dungeon. This place also was modernized and the the front desk was very helpful."

"We had trouble checking in. The desk was unmanned, with a note giving details of a number to call. Firstly, not being US residents our phones were not set up for US calls, and even after this issue was resolved the call went to voicemail. The clerk could only be located by walking around the entire property knocking on doors. However after that there were no issues, with a good sized room, and no noise. "
