"First Lady that helped us for check in was Amazing as well the barman !!… the rest of the staff needs some training in customer service specifically the lady at wellness area, very rude responding us when we were lost in our way to the pool."

"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."
