Upon arrival 1st floor bathroom sink was not draining well, 2nd floor bathroom tub does not drain well hot and cold water are reversed sink water is also reversed. Missing sheet rock in dining room. All walls have either nails popping or water damage. We only slept at the residence one evening. I manage multiple high end properties on Nantucket and maintaining them year round.
