The Residence is located at the foot of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, an international area which links La Rosière to Italy and which offers 160 kilometers of slopes of all levels.
Access to ski schools and the departure of the ski lifts are directly from the residence and all shops are nearby. Surface area : about 61 m². 4th floor. View mountain and valley. Level 0 : Living room with balcony, pull-out sofa (80x190). Bedroom with shower, double bed (140x190), shower room, WC. Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Level 1 : Bedroom with balcony, 2 twin beds (90x200). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200). Bathroom with bath-tub.
