- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This traditional and welcoming Finca is located close form the Montuiri village and has 430sqm split into 6 spacious bedrooms, with its own en suite bathrooms.
You will aslo be charmed by its huge living and dining room and its fully equipped kitchen. Totally surrounded by nature the Finca has a beautiful swimming pool and nice views to Mallorca inland. 
The property has air conditioning on the ground floor.

Bookings less than 3 nights extra 200 € +150 € final cleaning. Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night. 'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.
