We enjoyed our stay in a 3rd floor room. It was spacious and very clean and tidy. It had a lovely view of the garden across the road. Breakfast was provided each morning and included a baguette, croissants, jam, ham and cheese and orange juice. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the old town, and only a 10 minute walk from the station. Our only issue we had was about communication and checkin. We booked and paid for our stay on Hotels.com, when we contacted the hotel about checkin...
