"Une semaine passée dans cette jolie maison avec un accueil très sympathique de Gaelle. Malheureusement l'extérieur est très décevant. "I checked this morning, and the property is still shown as being in Vaison La Romaine, still claims to be a short walk from the sights of Vaison, and the map show this to be the case. However, this is a total LIE. The house is in Saint Maurice sur Eygues, which is more than 15mins from Vaision by Car. The owner was quick to offer us 100 euros (so he obviously knew) but this didn't cover the cost of us staying in Vaison for two nights to spend time with the friends we were supposed to meet there....

"My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living. "We loved our stay at the cozy gite nestled in a lovely shady property in the heart of the Drome. The gite is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfect for our stay with grandkids visiting and enjoying the pool.
