Very clean property. Very nicely decorated. Room was very comfortable. The staff was fantastic. Only draw back to the property is there isn’t a whole lot to view. The area is pretty much businesses. But still a great hotel.

It was good, very clean. Breakfast is a bit cramped but a good variety.
The inside of the hotel is more updated than the exterior.

Pretty Good Option in Montrose
It’s a Hampton Inn with a friendly staff. Nothing special, but fine. A little out of the way from downtown. Breakfast was a little better than average for this level of hotel.

Great, clean, very conveniently located by the airport. Very good continental breakfast as well. Room 220 however has a broken lock. We got help with it but it is not working. Otherwise really great, pleasant and quiet hotel. I personally loved the comfortable bed a lot!

The reservation policy is unhelpful. We made a reservation and later found that we had the wrong week. When we contacted the hotel, the answer was we can't correct the date.
We had to pay for the original unused date and the corrected date.

Unfortunately, 3rd party reservations we cannot change anything at the property Expedia would have to make those changes and notify the hotel.

The staff was really nice but the property was exceedingly loud and we were promised a queen bed and they definitely did not deliver on that promise. The mattress was hard and the bed was a twin at best.

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback! The room type was booked through a 3rd party we do not make any changes to reservations specially moving to a different type of room. Our beds are queens we do not have any twin beds. We just renovated and have new mattresses as well.
We had a great 4 night stay while visiting our Ranger son at Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The hotel was very comfortable and yhe staff was great!! Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare. Great laundry facilities on every floor.

Stayed one night while visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Loved how close of a drive it was to the NP. First hot breakfast we had on our road trip which was definitely needed. Very clean and well maintained. There was coffee 24/7 which we definitely enjoyed. We've been traveling for several days so we bought some ready to go meals to heat up in the microwave. The only thing is that there wasn't one in the room but there was one in the lobby so that helped us for heating our dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.
