Chalet Plagnat, perched at 1200 metres above sea level in the peaceful hamlet of Ardent, nestled between the sparkling waters of Lake Montriond and the majestic Alpine peaks (close to the charming village of Les Lindarets, also known as the Village des Chèvres), offers an authentic hideaway, perfect for a mountain getaway with family or friends.

This beautifully restored 200-year-old chalet, once a traditional farmhouse, now combines historic charm with modern comforts. Its original wooden floors, exposed beams and warm stone fireplace create a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Just 40 metres from the Ardent gondola, this chalet enjoys an unrivalled location with ski-in/ski-out access. In addition, you will enjoy the rare convenience of parking directly in front of the chalet, a true luxury in this picturesque hamlet. To top it all off, an outdoor hot tub awaits, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of mountain adventures.

Chalet Plagnat can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, with the option to add cots on prior request, making it a great choice for large families or groups of friends.

The charming wooden interior opens onto an elegant open plan kitchen and dining area, and a separate comfortable living room provides additional space for relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a ski and boot room, conveniently located in the entrance hall, and upstairs you will find an additional toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Chalet Plagnat is available for weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday in winter and summer, and for shorter stays of at least two nights in spring and autumn.

BEDROOM N°1
Bedroom N°1 is equipped with two single beds (200/90 cm), Ideal for two adults or two children who prefer not to share the bed. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanities.

BEDROOM N°2
Family Room N°2 is spacious and bright, with high ceilings and exposed beams, opening onto a balcony with views of the Ardent River and the forest. This room has a double bed (non-separable) and two bunk beds. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

BEDROOM N°3
Similar to Room N°2, Family Room N°3 is large and bright, with high ceilings and exposed beams, leading to the same balcony with views of the Ardent River and the forest. The bedroom has a non-separable double bed and two bunk beds, offering a charming and traditional ambience. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

BEDROOM N°4
Room N°4 is ideal for a couple looking for their own access to the chalet's private balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a non-separable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

BEDROOM N°5
Bedroom N°5 is an open mezzanine space, accessible by a ladder. It is equipped with three mattresses under the chalet's beams, under the roof. For obvious safety reasons, we strongly advise against the use of this space by children.

ACCESS

The gondola lift is in front of the Chalet, but also the bus stop.
The free shuttle will drop you off throughout the day every day of the high season in summer and winter to the town centre of Montriond, Lake Montriond, to Morzine where further connections can be made to nearby villages and valley attractions.
