"Nous avons informé du problème avec internet, celui-ci n'a jamais été résolé et aucun suivi n'était fait. Nous devions aller leur demander à chaque fois si l'internet était résolu. Aucun discount ou suivi lors de notre départ n'a été fait, ce que est dommage. "

The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day of travel. However, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, and the breakfast offering could be improved in both variety and quality."

"Really enjoyed the stay, lovely town. The stay was for an overnight with my wife and two children. Easy walk into town centre. Room was spacious and there were two beds for the children rather than sharing a double for the children."

"Great location with parking on site if rebooked or public car park a few steps away. Multiple restaurants and bars outside the hotel. A lovely square and shopping 5 mins walk from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and advice. Rooms were very comfy."

"Overnight stop on way to South coast. Great location for access to Futuroscope which is about a 15 min walk. Plenty of parking although not a great deal of shade. Check in very efficient. Room very clean with nice toiletries. Would recommend "
