Lobby had a smell of dirty water and cockroaches in our room. Stores near the hotel were all closed except for the gas station and a dirty convenience store. Hotel offered to wave the $15 parking fee and changed our room for the inconvenience of the cockroaches in the room. Won’t stay again

This property was ideal for my needs. It has good transport links via metro and buses. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Microwave and fridge in room are a good option for light snacks etc. The breakfast was handy but limited choice. The hotel is in need of a revamp particularly in rooms, triple glazing on front windows to cut down highway noise. A bonus of beautiful sunsets at the front over highway looking towards the right.

This place is a joke. They had no power, hot water or heat and I never stayed and went to another hotel but they wouldn’t refund me. To say Fadwa’s customer service was terrible would be a massive understatement.

The hotel did not look like the pictures at all. The hotel is much more dated. Although I don’t mind an older hotel, it’s simply misleading to try to present the hotel as something it isn’t and it makes you wonder what else they are not being honest about. Also, for whatever reason, there are a lot of sketchy people that go to this hotel. They hang out in the parking lot, lobby, hallways, etc. and will stare at you as you walk past.

Good staff but low maintenance of property
Very nice staff member, front desk was good in checking in, but the condition of the property is quite dated, some sort of dampness smell in the room. Air conditioning was not working and only hot water in the wash room , very low pressure of cold water. One strange thing, the door of the toilet rubs against the toilet see while opening or closing, strange.

The room smelled, the downstairs pool is falling apart with paint chips and bugs in the water, the shower head was disconnected from the wall in my suite and the washroom was cramped. I feel the property is worth $100 less per night. Ramada, Wyndham? This property is passed its prime, it doesn't look good for your brand

Location was great, walkable distance to shopping and food, staff was very friendly, room was very clean, after we booked we read some other reviews regarding unpleasant smells in the hotel, we did NOT experience this at all, in fact the lobby and hotel room both smelled clean, the furniture is a bit dated but again clean, we had no issues would stay there again

Shower drainage problem. Shower vent fan not working properly and gets filthy mist inside. Totally wet inside shower. Air condition adjustment not working. It’s get too cold freezing. Not so clean either

A good place to stay within Montreal with easy access to almost everything and downtown being 15-20 mins drive. The only catch is there is no free parking within the premises, however you can park on the streets (backside of the hotel)

Second night of a three day we arrived at our room at 10:00 pm absolutely exhausted from helping with a move. Our room was missed by the cleaner and their supervisor. Of course it was attended to but it's hard to understand the miss. A stale odour in the building systematic of shutting off the fresh air makeup system. The end
