My heater was broken in my first room so they moved me into a new one immediately, the staff was friendly and attentive. Helped me with my bags and made sure the new room heat was working

The staff that worked at concierge, restaurant, cleaners, and maids were very excellent, so helpful and patient. The facility was mostly clean, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Hallways and elevator panels and some other areas were not as clean. The TV did not work well. TV Guide was incomplete. There was no information about the hotel on paper or the TV. Brochures, maps or Metro info about this surrounding area not available. There was no Spa or room service . Only buffet for breakfast - egg and sausage was not great And fruit was not fresh. The coffee was excellent as well bacon, bread and baked goods. Restaurant host was excellent and I was able to take coffee and baked goods to my room. I would recommend This hotel and I would appeal to the company To correct those things I mentioned. They are upgrading the rooms and mine was very excellent. Location was excellent.

It was within walking distance to all of the activities we were interested in visiting while in Montreal. They also included a safe place for parking.

The hotel is in a great location - an easy walk to many shops, restaurants, and the Bell Centre. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was an issue with my reservation, but they made everything right. I appreciated the service. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown MTL, it was perfect for our stay as it was close to the Bell Centre and to the shopping district on St. Catherine. Friendly staff and very clean hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location and within easy walking distance to both downtown and the nearest Metro. I would like to say how friendly the staff is at Le Nouvel. The property itself is spacious and well kept. I would like to compliment Olena who provided top notch housekeeping services. Luis also was very kind and allowed me 2 hours extra on my check out time. The only negative comment I have is the restaurant. Unfortunately the food was sub par for both breakfast and dinner. I had no other options for the one dinner I ate there as Montreal had a snowstorm and I couldn't leave the hotel. After trying the breakfast for 2 days I went elsewhere. Otherwise this is an ideal hotel to stay in while visiting Montreal. I would certainly book Le Nouvel again.

Pros: - Clean - Good location near the metro and the museum of fine arts. - Double pane windows provide good sound insulation. No significant cons. Notes: - As of Apr 14, 2024, the spa is shut down (since covid). - The pool is closed during winter months since it'd freeze. - The taxi back to the airport that they ordered for me was $60 CAD.

Inspite of some of the negative reviews, we found this hotel to be great for a weekend in Montreal for a hockey game. Stayed in a loft room. Very secure with separate hallway to the lofts. Last decorated in the 90's but very clean and spacious.

Good choice for an overnight stop — clean, recently renovated rooms had good amenities: real (not disposable) cups and mugs, coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge. Easy walk to downtown food, attractions etc. Friendly staff.

Property was clean and modern. Just went through renovations last year and it is noticeable. In and out parking privileges was well appreciated. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel is in a good location just west of the Bell Centre area; within walking distance to pretty much all of the downtown core.

This hotel is the most convenient location for parents visiting students that are living at Concordia’s grey nuns residence. There are extra safety measures for parking and the staff are friendly and helpful.

While our stay and room was comfortable, we noticed that there were no Towel hangers in the bathroom for after usage unless they are placed back on the rack We also found the pillows to be small for the beds and upon entering the room, two pillows looks very miniature for the Queen beds in the room The phone line in our room was also not working which is something that needs checking for guests access immediately I was able to walk up to St Catherine's street so the proximity is really good for guests to stay.....I will definitely consider staying there in the future and recommending the hotel

I stayed here with my daughter for a concert and found this place to be wonderful. Comfortable beds, luxurious shower, great price and quick walk to the Bell Centre makes this a win. Plus, Nohora was a delight to speak to at check in and check out. I will be coming here for all my Montreal stays.

Everything in the room was spotless. The staff were helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The bed was comfy and spacious. Really enjoyed the rain shower. Will book again when we visit Montreal again. Had great experience.

Overall it's a great place to stay. The only problem is that the curtains are not totally light-proof, so a little bit annoying when I can see the light at the midnight.
