We stayed with two little kids, and were happy to be close to the metro and restaurants. Very clean and practical room and breakfast. The only major complaint we had is that after a full day of visiting Montreal, we came back to discover our room door was left wide open after housekeeping passed. When we alerted the reception, they seemed unconcerned! Obviously they don’t value their customers privacy and the safety of their belongings!

Expedia listing said seperate bathtub and shower but our room only had a shower. No stopper in the bathroom sink, so all you could see is filth. Aside from this, pretty good property.

Comfy bed, good location. Room was a bit small and I didn't have a good view from the window, but it was good enough to sleep in and the sausages at breakfast were surprisingly tasty.

Très propre mais mal insonorisé
Hôtel très propre à prix raisonnable mais insonorisation faible. Amenez vos bouchons. On se fait réveiller durant la nuit et/ou tôt le matin. Cela fait 2 fois que je viens à cet hôtel pour affaires en pensant que la 2e fois serait mieux mais malheureusement, j’ai vécu la même expérience de me faire réveiller par des voix provenant de la chambre voisine à 1h du matin et ensuite à 6h le matin. Cette fois-ci, j’ai également eu droit aux vibrations de pas provenant de la chambre au-dessus…

Our room was reasonably priced and recently updated, clean and practical. The location was very close to restaurants and public transport. But the breakfast room was lacking, though - no windows, a big TV (at breakfast?!?) and paper plates, and not well stocked with essentials (missing milk and tea) at 8:00.

Location was excellent for sightseeing. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Bed was comfortable & towels were soft. Staff were polite & accommodating. Elen at the front desk was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Very conveniently located. Excellent value for the money. Room was cozy but very functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Only a few comments. Noise did travel, walls must be a little thin. Didn't bother me but could for some. Fitness center was a little sparse if that's a feature your after. Overall excellent though, would totally stay here again

If you are looking for curb appeal, this isnt your hotel. However, if you are looking for an immaculate room, friendly and helpful staff, and proximity to the metro hub and walkability to fantastic dinners, this is the place for you! Not to mention they have free parking and breakfast is included...

The facility and services exceeded my expectations. We were very satisfied with all the employees. We chose the area so the safety outside was less of concern than inside the hotel. Not once, but twice, a sketchy man was harrassing customers and pulled the fire alarm during the middle of the night. The staff handled it well, but it should not have been an issue to begin with. Overall very happy with the room itself.
