The area was under construction so parking was inconvenient and finding the entrance was confusing. The rooms were clean but the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable.

Staff is definitely friendly and helpful. Construction is on going so outside cleanliness isn't the best but expected with this type of work. Not a big deal for me an my family so the overall stay was good.

I was very disappointed when I ordered a chicken burger and when it arrived the quality was extremely disappointing. For the price I paid. They must have bought a shipment from the lowest grade food wholesalers. Extremely disappointing.

However, it's unfortunate to learn that certain aspects of your stay were less than ideal. We regret to hear that you were disturbed by the nearby construction noise. We understand that the construction work by our neighbors is likely to produce some noise and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do have a banner on our brand website to alert prospective guests to the construction work at a neighboring site, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We are very sorry that the towels smelled of smoke. We have a strict no-smoking policy in place and all of our linen and towels are washed thoroughly prior to a new guest checking in, so it is strange that this happened. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and assure you that we will review our cleaning procedures with our housekeeping department to prevent future occurrences. Unfortunately, our shuttle service has been interrupted since the COVID period, and we have not yet resumed. However, we are happy to reserve a taxi for you if needed. Regarding the rooms, we understand the importance of maintaining a fresh look for our property and will see what we can do about having some updates to the rooms soon. Booked online for a quick rest during a long layover flight. Front desk was staff was a bit perturbed that we were so late - told us it would be $70 extra for early check in even though we were only staying for a few hours but the charge to my card was $100 Bed was like sleeping on bricks it was so hard Bedding smelled like dirty socks. Never again. $300 for a few hours…. Uugghhh

I have stayed here several times. Not the greatest location, but fairly close to the airport. I like the rooms, which are nice and clean. The hallways could use some vacuuming and painting, but the rest (entry, restaurant, rooms) of the place is well maintained.

We met one staff member at the desk, both at check-in and checkout. The same nice young man, fluently bilingual. Check-in and checkout were very smooth The hotel seemed almost empty. And there was a massive construction project going on beside the hotel. The snack vending machine on the second floor was not functioning. The room was very clean, but the Kleenex tissue box had only three tissues left

Stay away from this property. It’s under renovation. Very unfriendly front desk staff. Noisy heating/cooling system won’t let you sleep. Towels smell like vomit. They do not clean the room every day and give you a garbage bag to collect dirty towels and sheets and bring them to the front desk to get a replacement. They also have construction going on in front of the property causing noise early morning. They do not disclose this information before you make a reservation. I have stayed in all types of hotels in the past and never provided my review but this was the worst experience ever. I just wanted to review the property so other people are careful before selecting this property. I would give it a zero star if possible.

At Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal Airport Conference Centre, we take poor experiences very seriously, so we'll be sure to discuss your concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and have corrective measures in place for the betterment of the guest experience. Kindly note that our housekeeping is tailored to our guests' comfort, and daily housekeeping services are only available upon request. To schedule, simply call the front desk. Additional amenities, such as linens, towels, toiletries, etc., are available upon request, too. As you rightly pointed out, the property is undergoing renovations/repairs currently. This is to ensure that we are able to offer a superior experience to our guests in the near future. We recognize that staying in a hotel undergoing refurbishment may pose some challenges, and we are trying to manage the situation to disrupt our guests as little as possible. Regarding the ongoing construction at a neighboring building, we understand that the construction work by our neighbors is likely to disturb the surrounding landscape of the hotel and reduce the space and beauty of the site. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about this issue, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Sounds like you may have missed this information, but there is a banner or special notice on our brand website alerting guests to the construction work at a neighboring site. At our hotel, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to our guests, so we are disheartened to read that our front desk staff appeared less cordial than expected. We will ensure that our staff is aware of your impression and see to it that we provide better customer service moving forward. Rest assured that all your concerns have been duly noted, and your feedback will be used to improve the quality of our product/service.
