A historic home right in the centre, offering a perfect immersion in the city and the daily life of Sète’s residents. Direct view of the Canal Royal, less than 5 minutes from the sea, the harbour, the fish and flower markets, the Tourist Office, City Hall, all buses to Frontignan/Balaruc, the famous bistro terraces for aperitifs, and seafood restaurants right below our windows. PLEASE NOTE: We haven’t been able to figure out how to manage reservations on this site, but WE CANNOT ACCEPT AUTOMATIC BOOKINGS. Our apartment is very important to us, so we require direct communication with every guest before confirming a reservation; thank you.

The apartment is bathed in sunlight until 1:00 p.m. (it’s a well-ventilated, dual-aspect apartment with fans for those who don’t like the sun!). Professionally cleaned to prevent any risk of viruses. Spacious, bright, well-equipped, with Wi-Fi, a parking space (essential in Sète), a TV with VCR, a washing machine, and the typical Sète “plancha” for grilling fish. Two small balconies where you can set up a chair in the morning and watch the town come to life. In the evening, the historic houses along the canal light up, creating a charming setting. Honestly, this exceptional view of the boats and Sète life (very rare in Sète) is a tremendous pleasure!
Accommodates 6 people: 2 double beds, 1 single bed, and an extra mattress.
