not overlooked with magnificent views of the sea and the ponds, southwest exposure. It is located 250 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the marina, shops and all amenities: pharmacy, doctors, mini-market, laundromat, bus, Tram 15 minutes away.
The studio includes a living room, kitchen area with 2 electric hobs, fridge, microwave, sideboard table, bed for 2 people (BZ 140X190 bed) - possibility of placing a folding baby bed, 80 cm LED TV, docking station for smartphones, tablets, etc. bathroom with shower, sink, wc. Cabin corner with wall cupboard. Terrace with garden furniture.
