Very pretty vintage style house with large terrace directly on the beach, private parking, 3 cars. - Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Local storage of beach equipment. equipped house (washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob) linen provided, new bedding very comfortable. TV big screen, internet and phone by box..commerces of proximity. Beach very wide and uncrowded, shallow sea, supervised swimming in season. . Sleeps 6 possible. Shops in the immediate vicinity. sailing club organizing sailing courses


Double living room of 40m2 extended by a large terrace directly on the beach, large adjustable umbrella on the terrace which is the main place of life. Sofa convertible into comfortable bed 140 and extra single bed doing bench. Kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction plate.
Corridor leading to two bedrooms, master bedroom with 160 bed and children's room with 2 beds in 90. Bathroom with large shower, double sink, washing machine.
All shops and many restaurants are on the doorstep.
Many possibilities of leisures in the coastal resorts as well as in the hinterland which is very rich with notably the 'Grand Site of France of the Gorges del' Hérault and Saint Guilhem le Désert 'Montpellier and the numerous festivals of music and dance in the immediate vicinity.

Perfect beach house!

The owners were very welcoming, quick to respond, and friendly. The property was amazing, right on the beach with a very spacious patio to relax and watch the beach. Everything in the house worked great and we really enjoyed our time there!

Amazing Location

This is one of the best situated properties on the beach, in a mainly quiet stretch and a gate that opens to the sand. You can sit on the patio all day and watch the various water sports happening, walk across the street to the grocery store or a couple blocks to a few seasonal restaurants. Because of the amazing location, we will be returning. I would recommend some type of wetsuit in the off season as well as slippers for the tile floors. Everything else is provided and the owners and property managers are very attentive.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Palavas. La maison est conforme à l’annonce, très agréable à vivre, spacieuse, grande terrasse sur la plage. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les petits déjeuners avec levé du soleil derrière la grande baie vitrée du salon ! Quelques meubles un peu vieillots mais tout est le matériel est fonctionnel et en quantité. Excellente literie. Propriétaire et gardiennage au top. Bref, une bonne adresse, à partager !

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stand. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gibt eine wunderbare Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Entspannung pur mit traumhaftem Panorama

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht, Covid 19 und einige Tage mit eher durchwachsenem Wetter konnten daran nichts ändern. Einen herzlichen Dank auch noch einmal an Familie Dubois für die sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen, die Einrichtung hat unseren Geschmack exakt getroffen. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen und an dem Ausblick mit Strandpanorama konnten wir uns nicht satt sehen. In der Wohnung im 1. Geschoss war während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts niemand, insofern war es absolut ruhig. Wir planen bereits den nächsten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Accueil charmant de la propriétaire- La location est plus précisément le bas de la villa (le haut est occupé par une dame charmante)- L'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec gout. La literie est très confortable. La salle de bain est très pratique et agréable. La terrasse offre un confort exceptionnel. Il y a de la place pour garer les voitures. Nous avons passé quinze jours dans la paix et la sérénité. Au grand plaisir de retourner l'année prochaine!

belle villa ,bien située

bon emplacement face a la mer....tranquille pour couple avec enfants mais la propreté a notre arrivée laissé a désirer......reste des anciens locataires,couettes pas très propre,tapis pas aspirer,aspirateur pas vidé et sale.... fait le ménage moi-même avant de partir et non par la femme de ménage qui demande 50€.a part cela nous avons passé de belle vacance
