Located in the heart of the historic center, in a classified mansion of the eighteenth century, you will stay in one of the apartments of the Protestant banker Jean Pommier who chose in 1742 to establish his residence.
This apartment (45 m2) very bright will seduce you with its charm and character.

The well equipped kitchen corner, you will find, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker nespresso ..
In the living room, A second sleeping with a sofa bed (2 pers), television, internet wifi.

Elegant Apartment in a Beautiful City

Sophie's apartment is in an elegant 18th-century building; when you open the huge, heavy front door and go into the foyer you are transported back in time. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated, with a contemporary kitchen and bathroom and a loft bedroom (note: not recommended for those with mobility issues because of the steep stairs); it is a gracious,well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet space given its central location--just steps away from the Place de la Comedie, in the middle of the pedestrian zone, the narrow streets of which are full of shops and restaurants. I did not get to meet Sophie because my train was delayed, but her son met me instead and showed me the flat . Sophie kept in touch with me by text from arrival to departure, asking how I was doing and whether I needed anything, which made me feel warmly welcomed. It was very hot when I was there, but the fans in the living room and bedroom kept me comfortable at night. It is a perfect apartment for a solo traveler or a couple. Montpellier is a beautiful, vibrant, convivial city, easily explored on foot and by tram; with a car you get to the Mediterranean beaches or explore the Camargue, Languedoc, and Provence. I wished I could have stayed longer.

Une ville belle et dynamique

Merveilleux séjour, en plein centre de loisirs de Montpellier. De nombreux avantages et un inconvénient, à savoir le bruit la nuit. Belle ville, joli centre, beau jardin botanique, restaurants fantastiques, dont un petit restaurant étoilé Michelin, avec un rapport qualité/prix incroyable. La ville a quelque chose à offrir à tout le monde et aux Français eux-mêmes, nous ne les avons jamais vus aussi amicaux et polis en France. Retour sur une semaine mémorable à Montpellier. L'appartement est fortement recommandé. Oubliez simplement le sommeil.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt. Sie hat viel Charme und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Sophie ist sehr aufmerksam und eine charmante Gastgeberin. Da die sehr grossen Fenster nicht richtig schliessen, ist es aber ringhörig. Für ältere Leute ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da die Treppe zum Schlafabteil sehr steil ist und man oben nur tief gebückt ins Bett steigen kann.

Das Apartment mitten in der Altstadt ist sehr schön.Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt zu erkunden.Viele gute Restaurants und Bars laden zum Besuch ein. Sophie,die Besitzerin des Apartments war sehr nett und hat uns mit der nötigen Zurückhaltung aber doch auch Aufmerksamkeit unterstützt.

Idéalement situé

Ce logement est idéalement situé pour visiter le centre ville. Décoré avec goût' rien ne manque pour le confort, la cuisine est au top. Il fàut cependant noter que l'accès à la chambre en mezzanine n'est pas prévu pour des personnes d'un certain âge. A part cette remarque, à recommander sans hésitation.

Au centre du centre historique

Ville piétonne incroyable avec presque 20 % de la population qui est étudiante. Des gens très gentils, accueillants. Couple de retraités, on s'est requinqués à leur contact.

Très bien situé dans Montpellier

Près de l'Arc de Triomphe, l'appartement est un très bon point de départ pour visiter Montpellier. Tout équipé (repas, lave-vaisselle, lessiveuse), des ventilateurs (utile en période de canicule) et impeccable côté propreté. Parking souterrain à l'Arc de Triomphe inclut, ce qui est fort utile mais c'est un peu de gestion le jour d'arrivée et de départ.

Super appartement à Montpellier

Cet appartement a très bien répondu à tous nos besoins. La cuisine est très bien équipée et l’aménagement agréable et pratique. Nous avons surtout apprécié la situation en plein centre historique. Tout était très bien.

Appart agréable bien situé !

Appartement très agréable et propriétaires présente et à l’ecoute. Seul inconvenant, les fenêtres qui sont en simple vitrage et qui laisse passer pas mal de nuisances sonores provenant des ruelles. Cependant les fenêtres doivent être changées dans quelques mois donc ce ne sera plus un problème par la suite. L’appartement se situe en plein centre ville et à deux pas des restaurants et de la Place de la Comédie. Très bien situé ! L’appartement est propre et le linge de lit et toilettes sentent bon la lessive, très agréable (même si ce n’est qu’un détail, ça fait toujours plaisir). Parfait pour jeune couple, j’y retournerai si j’en ai l’occasion.

Pur bijou ! Exceptionnel !

Il s'agit d'un pur bijou ! L'appartement rayonne en une rue réputée de Montpellier la Rue de l'Argenterie à deux pas de tout et notamment de la Place de la Comédie. Un appartement dont la propreté est exemplaire. Un appartement chic et au charme indéniable, emprunt d'Histoire et rénové avec respect, beauté du lieu et à la fois praticité du contemporain. Le monument classé est érigé telle une splendeur. L'entrée est magnifique. Les qualités humaines et les valeurs de Sophie font d'elle une Propriétaire-Hôte exemplaire, chaleureuse, attentionnée, investie, très disponible et en souci permanent du confort et du bien-être de ses locataires. J'ai quitté son appartement avec regrets mais j'en garde un souvenir profond, une belle parenthèse ! J'y retournerai prochainement avec un grand plaisir. Je vous invite à y séjourner ainsi que dans les deux autres appartements que possède Sophie : "l'Écusson" et "La Préfecture". Je recommande à 200% sans la moindre hésitation ! Ideal location in the centre of Montpellier. Clean, modern with everything you would need.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It would be a good place to stay for a long or short break. There were two of us travelling and there was more than enough space - two more adults or children would still work well. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment so you can easily prepare a meal - although with so many restaurants in Montpellier, why would you!

Magnifique découverte

Nous sommes venue quelque jour à Montpellier et nous avons loger dans le magnifique appartement de Sophie. Son appartement tous équipe et extrement confortable n'as fais que rendre notre séjour agréable. De plus l'appartement est située dans une très charmante rue et qui est desservie par le tram. L'appartement de Sophie reste l'une de mes plus belle découverte et j'ai une grande hâte d'y revenir.

Cerise sur le gâteau la gentillesse de la propriétaire rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Une chose est certaine, je n’ai plus à chercher l’appartement idéal lors de mes séjours dans la ville rose, je l’ai trouvé ! Encore merci pour l’accueil.
