Beautiful and very quiet historical apartment located in the hyper center

n the very center of Montpellier, on a pedestrian street, come and discover this magnificent, authentic, tastefully restored apartment.

Very easy to access, it is located on the ground floor of a 19th century mansion and overlooks the courtyard.

The apartment consists of a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. It is perfect for a romantic or family getaway. The space is suitable for three adults maximum (as there is only 1 bed and a convertible sofa).

Note: The stairs to access the bedroom is steep therefore it is not convenient for people with reduced mobility. Thanks to checkout the picture where you can see the stairs to make sure that this is adapted to you.

A baby crib is available on request. Please request it when booking to allow us to prepare it.

Air conditioning is also available but the apartment is naturally well insulated and it is rarely very hot. Please use it only when necessary as this is very energy consuming.

The apartment is in the center of Montpellier on a pedestrian street. In walking distance of the apartment, you will have access to all the sightseeing sites as well as great bars, restaurants and clubs.

Did you know? The apartment is on a road named "Aiguillerie" which means needlework in reference to the fact that back in the 17th, 18th and 19th century, this street hosted well established shops that produced all sorts of needles as well as fashion clothes that were sent all over France worn by the "bourgeois" (high society).

The apartment is located in the city center of Montpellier called "écusson" on a pedestrian street. Cars are not allowed in the city center of Montpellier as this part of the city was built during the 13th century. While this is not convenient for car travelers, this is the most authentic and magnificent part of the city. Plus, you really don't need a car to visit this city and everything is accessible by foot. That said, you have two parking spots available nearby the apartment. The "Parking Montpellier Foch Préfecture" which is located 3 min walking distance and "Parking Du Corum" located 6 min walking distance.
