About this property

Cottage of 6 persons with pool

  • Only 20 minutes from the first beaches, 30 minutes from Royan and 15 minutes from Saintes, you can discover the Charente Maritime and its beautiful and varied panoramas between land and sea. Or enjoy the spaces of the property, the swimming pool (10 x 5) secure and heated from June 15th to september 15th. The swimming pool is shared with another 4 people cottage. But, it is very rare to all meet around the pool at the same time, given the activities of each other. You will find outside, a playground with swing, slide as well as a ping-pong table and various outdoor games (on request) for the pleasure of all, young and old. Not to mention hiking, tree climbing, labyrinth, water skiing, ... less than 30 minutes from the house. Bed linen and towels are provided (except pool towels). Upon arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of 500 € for accommodation and 150 € for cleaning which will be returned to you if everything is ok on the day of departure. For bookings in autumn and winter, a heating fee of 60€/week will be requested.
