"Bad smell "

"I booked a two-room unit through Expedia, but upon arrival, we discovered there were no two-room units available at all. Confused, we sought help at a busy pizza restaurant in front of the building, which appeared to function as the makeshift check-in desk. The manager reviewed a handwritten list of names and prices and said, “We weren’t expecting you,” then gave us a key to a much smaller, one-room unit. Attempts to contact the owner through Vrbo messaging (as instructed) went unanswered....

"The condo was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It is right next to the pool with happy children playing, but was quiet by 10 pm. All beach extras were available. The only thing we could have used was one extra roll of bathroom tissue (the one provided almost got us through the weekend)."

"It was a great location and overall was amazing. Our only complaints are that some of the dishes weren’t clean, we had to wash them to get them clean. There was no extra sponge to do this with so we had to use a towel. The TV in the main living room is terrible. Kept having to rebuff and it would freeze. All the other ones worked just fine. The water pressure in the main bathroom was also not great. Didn’t feel like we got all the sand off. "

"This hotel Was nasty they overbooked and screwed us out of a room, no accommodations at all.No updates or warnings and we're very rude about it. We were there for a softball tournament. Which another team player was staying there. They double booked a room for them and double charge them."

"Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking even though I got the confirmation email, and I arrived in Bear Lake to find out I had no place to stay. Hope they have worked out the kinks in their system so that others aren’t left in a bind if they try to book this place. "
