- Historic character meets thoughtfully reimagined. Over 2,000 square feet of charm, this loft style apartment is located in historic downtown Montour Falls. Bring the whole family or enjoy with friends.
Walk down the stairs and grab a bite to eat & drink from local eateries and check out small businesses right on Main Street. Hear and feel the water being only steps away from Shequaga Falls.
Less than 5 miles from Watkins Glen International, State Park and Seneca Lake.

The Space
Large living space with sectional couch and TV area flowing openly into kitchen. Separate work station in living space. Large dining tables and games.
Queen size bedroom with full bathroom adjacent.
King size bedroom with closet.
Large loft area with 4 FULL size custom built bunks. Plenty of space for 4 adults or kids.
Mud room for shoes, bags, anything to keep out of the way.
Second full bathroom off of mudroom with shower & tub.
Guest access
Entire loft will be yours with no shared access to others. Everything is located on the second floor.

The space is designed to bring a higher end loft style experience to the Finger Lakes region while keeping the small community vibes all-in-one.
With a bar & grill, coffee house, local makers market & studio, and yoga studio just under your feet, you will have easy access to good food and great times without having to drive anywhere!
However within minutes you have access to Watkins Glen International Raceway, Watkins Glen State Park, the Finger Lakes wine trails, boating, hiking and the great outdoors.
