The "Magazzini" Loft Apartment was created from the renovation of the old warehouse of our 14th-century Tuscan manor. The striking architecture has been carefully preserved, maintaining its original shape with only three walls enclosing the bathroom, resulting in a spacious 140-square-meter open-plan layout. The original exposed beams add character and history to the space.

The apartment includes:

• One double bedroom
• A large mezzanine with one twin/double room and one king-size bedroom, comfortably sleeping 5-6 guests without using sofa beds
• A spacious, fully fitted kitchen
• A sitting room with a large flat-screen TV and surround sound
• A pool table, which can double as a large dining table if needed

The Magazzini courtyard, with its historic well/cistern at its center, offers a perfect place to relax, enjoy a barbecue, or gather with friends and family. Guests are also welcome to explore the historic garden of the manor, which features:
