"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. "this is a charming old building near the village center, but really only two star quality. We arrived at 2030 right after check-in time, and there was no clerk no staff in sight. We waited 10 minutes, then walked around the town. When we return, the receptionist was very accommodating. She made us some reservations for dinner and lunch the next day. The room was two flights of stairs with no elevator. The hallway was not clean, with cleaning carts and supplies stacked in the hallway. No coffee...
