This magnificent, newly renovated apartment—elegantly decorated and blending modernity with tradition—is ideally located in Hivernage, just a stone's throw from the International Clinic. It is very close to the medina and the Kasbah, and also near the Menara Mall. You’ll find a supermarket and a pharmacy just a 1-minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible in the area. It’s the perfect base for exploring Marrakech.

This warm and bright 70 m² apartment, on the 1st floor (no lift), consists of:

- a large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi and TV.

You will receive your keys at the start of your stay from a staff member who will welcome you and be available to assist you with any requests during your stay.

You will meet at the Marrakech International Hospital and then walk just a few steps to the accommodation accompanied by a WELBNB welcome representative.

You will be assisted by the Welbnb team throughout your stay.

Located just a few steps from the famous Hivernage area—the "Beverly Hills" of Marrakech—where luxury boutiques sit side by side with grand hotels and clubs.
South of Guéliz and west of the Marrakech Medina lie the beautiful areas of L’Hivernage.
Few pedestrians, luxury cars, and exclusive, gated communities and hotels overlooking tree-lined streets and impressive fountains. The palm trees and lush vegetation are a highlight of this area.
Access to the MEDINA and the KASBAH is also very close by.

IMPORTANT: Please review these rules before making your reservation:

- In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national) must present a marriage certificate at check-in

-It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

-We remind you that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.

-You are asked to be considerate of your neighbors (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted

-In the event of non-compliance with good neighborly conduct rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorised to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
