Des travaux ont été réalisés dans notre logement. A notre arrivée, le logement n'était absolument pas fonctionnel. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et le ménage n'était pas fait (restes de matériaux au sol, poussière de plâtre sur tous les mobiliers, matelas encore sous plastique, micro-onde très sale) Nous n'avions aucun équipement dans la cuisine et aucune vaisselle. Etant arrivés à 19h, nous avons dû faire l'appel d'urgence. Après plusieurs appels, le responsable de la résidence nous a apporté de la vaisselle neuve encore emballée que j'ai du lavée. Pas d'égouttoir pour la vaisselle, pas de place pour la cafetière. Chambres très petites et mal agencées (rideau juste au-dessus de nos oreillers)

Résidence bien entretenue, y c la piscine. Les appartements sont spacieux. La propriété est présente. Pas de climatisation, c’est dommage. Manque d’insonorisation, c’est aussi un point faible. Sinon, tout le reste était très bien.

Déçu du séjour

Appartement avec une odeur de vomit étalé partout dans la cuisine. Proximité avec les voisins que l'on ne voit pas sur les photos du site (la terraqse dehors et coller a celle des voisins, on mange cote a cote en voyant se qu'il y a dans les assiettes des uns et des autres). Literie a changer, pas cobfortable du tout et au moindre geste le grincement réveille tout le monde. Nous cherchons encore où sont les 3 etoiles. Les seuls point positifs que nous aurons a citer sont la localisation (pour le tourisme bois sommes bien placé) et le calme de la résidence .

Leuke animatie voor kinderen, weliswaar enkel Frans. We zaten eigenlijk op 1e verdieping met 3 kinderen en zonder problemen kregen we een appartementen op gelijkvloers met grote tuin wat heel fijn was. Op verschillende avonden kwamen food trucks zodat je niet telkens zelf hoefde te koken als je geen zin had. Geen BBQ op houtskool mogelijk, dat was jammer en hadden we graag op voorhand geweten.

Frigo trop petit dans l'appartement, dommage qu'à la piscine personne ne surveille car la deuxième semaine il y avait plus d'enfants et plus de bruits et ils sautaient ou plongeaient sans se soucier des autres personnes qui étaient dans l'eau. Allées en petits gravillons pas très agréables car ils rentraient dans les chaussures et on en ramenait dans l'appartement. Sinon résidence bien entretenue et au calme.

Vis à vis entre les logements. piscine pas très chauffée et non surveillée. Logement propre et confortable, résidence assez calme. Région très belle. Globalement satisfait, bonnes vacances.

Environnement calme et proche de toutes commidités

Résidence proche des sites à visiter et du centre de Montigniac La résidence est familiale et le logement est propre et calme, cependant il manque de la climatisation ou ventilateur pour bien dormir surtout à l'étage des maisonnettes lorsque les températures dépassent les 35 degrés jour ! La piscine aurait besoin d'une rénovation (dallage contour décollés et liner en fin de vie..) Toutefois, nous recommandons cette résidence pour un séjour en famille avec beaucoup de jolies découvertes et visites de la région à faire.
