"The front desk women couldve been a bit more pleasant. They seemed that they were tired and/or not in it. It makes a big difference when you are greeted with kindness right when you walk in. That was missed this visit. "

"Immediately walking in the common areas were very hot, including the elevator. I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the room, the free continental breakfast was good.. The pool is indoors but felt like a sauna as soon as you walked inside,. It was a nice area however, the chlorine must’ve been too high because my eyes burned after five minutes which prevented me from getting in the pool. Overall, the hotel was in a nice location and I would stay there again, but hopefully they fix the air and do something about the chlorine levels in the pool."

"This property was super nice, and is a hidden gem. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is to leave room for improvement. I think that, given a little amount of effort and focus on concierge level service, this property could become a real resort type experience. Get a little creative and watch the rooms fill up. We were so impressed and will be back!"

"The hotel was clean and staff helpful. Sleeping quarters were clean, TV adequate, had a microwave and small fridge. Bathroom needed attention. It all worked, it just was pretty sloppy maintenance. Sink faucet was loose at the base and spinning. Trim ring on shower head hanging on pipe. Sink overflow trim half broken off. Toilet seat loose and off kilter. I showed photos to the staff at checkout and they said they would take care of it. Other than the bathroom the place was fine. Pet friendly, $25 fee for dog overnight not included in listing price. Hot Breakfast was good. Parking was plentiful."

"they moved us across the street into the ‘pet friendly’ side, the rooms smelled awful, like a group of chain smokers lived in them when i booked non smoking rooms, there was ‘smile you’re on camera’ written in the BATHROOM. if i had just booked at the place they moved us to i would’ve saved $200+. there was absolutely no reason for the rooms to smell as god awful as they did, the smell burned my throat and caused my asthma to have a flare up."
