New 2024 listing - full of amenities this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is comfortable for up to 8 guests. Smart TVs in every bedroom plus living area. Ultra fast WIFI and Xfinity Cable. Fully stocked open concept kitchen includes coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and Splenda in addition to Olive Oil and most cooking Spices. We even supply insulated cups to keep your beverages cold! Indoor dining seats 8. Playstation 4 and multiple board games available for rainy days. Outside dining on large deck along with propane fire table and conversation area. Private swimming deck with lounge chairs to relax in the sunshine! 9 x 12 swimming mat available at no charge.

There is a 2023 Pontoon available to rent at an extra charge discounted for guests who rent our home! Boat fee is $400.00/day discounted to $368.00/day for our guests. Rentals for 3 days or more are discounted even further!

Absolutely Awesome Host!! and Property!
My wife and I took our son, daughter in-law and 2 grandsons 7 & 2 for our yearly summer get together to this property. And our 2 Maltese service dogs. Kelly and Kevin as well as Ryan made us so at home with every amenity you can imagine. The property is emasculate comfortable and inviting. Look no further, book your trip NOW! A+++++++++

Lake Cottage Extraordinaire!!
Perfectly appointed three bedroom cottage with a wonderful deck and large pier. The grandchildren loved jumping and floating in the water. Kelly, our host, was in frequent contact to ensure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely cottage.
