"Absolutely excellent stay! Unbelievably clean and tidy. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. A beautiful breakfast and stay. Thank you! "

"Lovely spot. Very nice room in an old mill house which has been totally renovated. Great nights’ sleep. Our hosts were extremely gracious and helpful. Lauren was a very knowledgeable local guide, and Marianne even offered to,and did, iron my wife’s dress for a wedding. Above the call of duty! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area. "

"This is a very unique place! We shared a homemade breakfast with other travelers and the host was so friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back!"

"Not what we expected very surprised to find loo and bathroom on ground floor and shared with all inhabitants of the house. So surprised during a pandemic that only used things to a minimum also no hand gel provided. Do not feel house was made to be a BnB more like barging into someone's private house."

"This was a SPECTACULAR choice for a stay. In fact we wished we had booked for a longer one. Everything was wonderful and perfect very unique and well presented. Our hosts; yes including the beautiful pup; made us so welcomed! great conversation, breakfast, peace and quiet, outdoor patio ALL WAS PERFECT!! THANK YOU hope to visit again "

"A wonderful find. More of a bed and breakfast on a working farm. Room is not very big but it does have a private bathroom. The hosts offer a lovely continental breakfast included, as well as parking. It is very quiet and restful. Chickens often cross your path. There is also a working mill which generates power. The host is very nice. There is a an excellent restaurant a 5 minute drive away called Chenin, suggested by the host. Not to be missed."

"Excellent place to stay in Loire Valley! Definitely will return for the lovely breakfasts, accommodation and service!!!"

"Beautiful old winery. The host Sylvie was wonderful and accommodating. A very memorable stay. "

"Two night stay in this lovely chateau. We truly enjoyed the wonderful room, gargantuan bathroom, the grounds and the pool. "

"The eoom was very noisy. You can hear the people in the room nexr to you speak"

"The room was very spacious and beautiful! The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. So quiet; views of the Loire River. A lovely little town. Very welcoming."

"Great breakfast"

"Lovely apartment - we only stayed overnight as a layover in this charming village but would have happily stayed longer. It was clean, comfortable, attractive and well-equipped, and Claude and Michel were fantastic hosts. The garden was perfect for the dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the garden. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. "

"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."

"What a beautifully unique place and setting. There was everything we needed and with a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was flexible and convenient. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of both sides of the river, as the hotel is situated on an island. Highly recommended!"

"The accommodations were in a very unique older house setting with very interesting decor in ever room. Both my wife and I found the place to be adorable, and breakfast really finished off our stay."

"We loved our stay at La Maison Jules! It is located close to the train station/visitor center and walking distance to the museums and the old town. The house has great character and the room/bathroom was very spacious. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and conversations with the host. "
