Do not turn the AC below 70. The Unit will freeze. You will not be reimbursed for your stay nor given a discount.

Park in designated parking lot for guests. Do not park under the unit. The garage is for owners only. All others will be towed.

Great location to enjoy & relax.

We only spent 2 days, but had a great time sitting there and watch the Martin birds and the water. Great restaurants close by. We will be back

Great little condo with a water view

It's a great little condo with a water view. The host was friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The restaurant was delicious and the bar was fun with live music and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Perfect Mini Getaway

The experience was great. Area is peaceful and while fishing everything was relaxing. We chose to stay in and cook dinner and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
