NON SMOKING waterfront 1 bedroom condo, walking distance from Yacht Club restaurant with majestic community pool facing the open lake. Unit is also steps from Condos' private pool. Walden community has extensive walking and biking areas, kids playground, and dog parks. Very family friendly environment, we also host guests with dogs for an additional fee. With
1 Queen bed + 1 queen sofa bed, the condo is fully equipped and furnished.
There are also affordable hourly boat rentals on the marina right around the corner.

Great Place

My husband and our two dogs spent a month here. The place was all decorated for Christmas when we arrived and stocked with food. They even had beer and wine and after a 23 hour drive my husband was ready for a cold one. I brought a lot of stuff from home for kitchen as we were going to have a month stay. I could have left it all at home. Every room was stocked with everything you could possibly want. They even had a couch throw for the dogs which I always bring my own. The bed and the pillows were a luxury and usually when traveling you can’t wait to get home to your own. My husband enjoyed walking out the sliding glass door and fishing, and I enjoyed sitting outside with my morning coffee. Eduardo, KT, and Matilda the owner couldn’t of been any nicer. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The Best Condo on the Lake

You should look no further for a condo!Matilda was amazing to work with. Every question was answered quickly.Ger condo is very clean.Everything is just as described in her description.The view is absolutely amazing.

Very awesome place kids absolutely loved it Owner leaves lil gift baskets of chips and cereal the kids thought that was neat as can be And they caught enough fish right outside the door for 3-4 fish frys Catfish and crappie

Great stay for being on the lake Conroe

The unit as far as a place to stay on the lake was great. The unit one bedroom is small but fits the cause for two to 3. Only complaint is the Thermostat is lock on control adjustment like every 6 hours you would have to get up to set it lower. Summer in Texas heat up at night to. We done some fishing of the dock and caught some nice size perch and few catfish. Made some new friends with the locals at the pool grilling. All and all was a great and fun stay. Few bar and grill right down the road was a plus for entertaining and dining. Plus the Walden gulf club cafe has great food.

Great Place

The owner Matilda was great. We arrived 2 days late as we drove from Pittsburgh and the weather was threatening tornadoes. She extended our stay 2 days to compensate and then allowed us to extend our stay a few more days. The bed and pillows were awesome. Something you don’t usually find in rentals. She had some food waiting for us which we really appreciated as we were so tired after our arrival as we did 1500 miles in 2 days. The place was perfect for our needs and it was nice to have our 2 small dogs with us. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. People around us were all very nice. VRBO was great to work with too. I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Remodeled

Looks beautiful but all of the furniture was uncomfortable. The refrigerator was way small and a countertop oven instead of the normal one. Had a hard time getting hot water. Had workers residing the outside while we were there. Besides noise all kinds of crap came in the closed bedroom window.Got all over my dogs beds and all over everything in bedroom. The air conditioner in bedroom leaked all over my husband in his sleep 3 nights and had to be kept at 77 or it leaked. Very hot sleeping. Then we had to deal with holes being repaired in driveway and found over 2 dozen nails. Made it impossible for my 92 year old mother and that was the reason for our trip. Ready

Conroe condo

Overall are stay was enjoyable. Great location, good fishing right outside the door. There were a few minor annoyances. We never could hook up Roku to the TV, weak signal or router problems. A basic cable set up for renters would be great. The sliding patio door was extremely hard to open and screen fell out. It just needs some basic maintenance. Many of the outlets seemed to be worn out, plugs would not stay in place. There were problems with the water, hard to get a good mix of hot and cold in the shower. It wouldn't take much to make this condo outstanding.

Excellent Location and Host

Incredibly affordable for such a nice place. Fish right from the back porch and walk to the breakwater bar&grill for drinks and live music. Highly recommend.

Good Place, Good Price. On The Lake!

I needed a place to stay for two months as I was moving from Nebraska to Texas and had not purchased a home yet. The condo is in a great location and is on the lake. When I arrived the condo was clean and has everything a person needs which was nice. I had the dish washer stop working while I was there….I told Maltilde I would just do them by hand and within a few days she had a new dishwasher installed. Matilde is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a place to stay in the Walden area!

Nice Condo on the Lake

We stayed one month waiting to close on a house. The condo had a very comfortable bed, nice dining table and chairs, sofa, etc. Parking was good and the neighborhood quiet. Owner had provided breakfast fixings, snacks and items in the pantry.

Matilde was amazing! The home was well stocked, and she even provided breakfast for us. The yacht club and pool are really nice, and the grill there has great food for super cheap. The bed is comfortable. The area is peaceful and nice. You should stay here!

Lake Conroe Condo!

As noted, someone needs to look at the hot water system in the shower. Also, we would have liked a washer and dryer and a TV in the bedroom(our preference). Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and may stay again if we go back to Tx.
