We've set it up so everyone can settle in easily: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7.

We want you to fully enjoy your stay! You’ll have plenty of privacy, as we likely won’t see you during your visit. However, we’re always available if you need assistance—just send us a message and we’ll respond promptly.

Use the front yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock.

We freshly remodeled this home with modern finishes and updated décor, and we set it up so your whole group can truly unwind. The street is quiet and residential, so evenings feel peaceful. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for everyone, and the Smart TV is ready for your favorite streaming apps. When the weather turns, pull out the board games for a family game night. Everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to manage with bags or little ones. Air conditioning, heating and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable all year, and room-darkening shades help you sleep well.

You'll love cooking here. Our fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We've stocked cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker and coffee, so mornings start easily. Gather around the dining table for a home-cooked dinner or a relaxed breakfast before you head out.

Staying connected
Dedicated 500 Mbps Wi-Fi handles streaming, video calls and remote work, so bring your laptop along if you need to get a little work done. An in-home washer and dryer make longer stays simple.

Outdoors
Step out to the patio with your morning coffee, or let your pup stretch out in the fully fenced backyard. Pets are welcome, so the whole family, four-legged members included, can come along.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 7 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING
Park in the driveway on the left side of the home.

GOOD TO KNOW
The backyard is fully fenced. A supply closet inside the home stays locked; every other space is yours to use. The Smart TVs are ready for your own streaming logins, and there's an in-home washer and dryer.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (this home's 7-guest limit is within that)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
