"Problems began at checkin: I was given keys and went to the room number on my folio card, only to find out there were already guests in that room. My friends had to wait while someone went to see if their assigned room had in fact been cleaned. Mind you, this is after 5pm. I finally got a room and while it was clean and well maintained, there were zero amenities. Luckily I was traveling with all I needed. My friends went to the desk to get what they needed. There is a good amount of litter in the parking lot. It's evident this property houses those who need formal shelter, and it's unfortunate they treat the grounds as they do."
