Newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo with beautiful lake view.

You will fall in love with this beautifully fully remodeled condo. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms there is plenty of room for the whole family!
While enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the tranquil sounds of the lake you will never want to leave the rocking chairs on the patio.
You are only a few short steps from the community pool, the lake and boat ramp with plenty of great fishing! Bring your water toys and floats and tie off at the dock and enjoy the sun and water all day long!
Local groceries stores are just a few miles down the road including Walmart, Kroger's and Brookshire Brothers. The kitchen is fully stocked if you would like to prepare you meals at home or you can enjoy the delicious restaurants our Waldon community has to offer! Waldon Yacht club is an upscale restaurant with fine dining and an absolutely amazing lake view, the golf club has the best food around and offers live music on the weekends or for a more casual environment enjoy the gorgeous view from Breakwater Grill at the marina. Breakwater also offers live music on the weekends and you just cant beat the beautiful lake view! All restaurants in Waldon are just a few miles away. Don't forget about the famous Margaritaville restaurant and Landshark Bar and Grill also just about two miles from the condo.
If you would like to rent a boat or jet skies, check out Einstein's at the marina! They have all of the boat toys too if you like to tube! This is a great way to spend the beautiful days on the lake!

A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE!!

Surprised my friend with a stay for her birthday and it was EXACTLY what both of us needed. It's a lovely place and the atmosphere is quiet, relaxing and so beautiful. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect Everything!

We have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years and this was one of our favorites. The place was everything it said it would be, and more. Can’t think of anything to add to make it better. Highly recommend.

What an amazing gem this is! When we arrived, the place smelled amazing, was super clean and nice and cool. What you see is what you get here. They have paid close attention to all the details and it was clearly remodeled with love! We had everything we needed, great communication with Nicole and an overall amazing experience. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again!
Beautiful blue herons all around the lake just close enough to zoom in on.
Open living room into the kitchen bar perfect for hanging out and looking at the lake.

Condo with a Great View

The condo is located right on Lake Conroe and 10 minutes from shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The condo is an extremely safe neighborhood and the neighbors were great. The pool was clean and we definitely used it. The condo itself has an amazing water view. It’s modern, clean, and fully stocked. My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much that as a retired person, we’ve decided to retire to this part of Texas. I’m grateful to the owners of the cond for the wonderful job they’ve done of creating an amazing experience.

Baseball trip

Texas Tornado Boot Camp

Our spouses came in for the TTBC. Girls were able to come along and enjoy time together while the boys had fun riding motorcycles at camp. Had a peaceful spot with lake views to unwind and enjoy our evenings and morning coffee on the deck. Lovely spot.

A ban for your buck!

This rental property is amazing, and so are the owners. We were celebrating my 70th birthday on this trip, and Nicole welcomed us with one dozen BEAUTIFUL roses. Nicole also left DETAILED information about NUMEROUS Fourth of July activities that were occurring over the week-end. And we took advantage of EVERY one of them: free hot dogs on Saturday, live music on Sunday with a shuttle service providing transportation to the event, and SPECTACULAR fireworks on the lake. In between activities, we were enjoying the swing out by the lake and visiting with some of the NICEST people we had ever met. The condo was decorated beautifully, and it met our needs perfectly. Plan on spending some time in this condo-we made WONDERFUL memories this week-end!

Great Getaway

This is a great place to get away and relax! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities. We met the owner who was very helpful and answered all our questions. Nice, quiet and restful!

Sitting on the edge of the lake! Great views!

We had a great girls golfing weekend at the lake condo. Totally remodeled and very tasteful decor. The balcony has the best view of the lake within the community. If you want a quiet weekend at the lake - run, don't walk! Well, sidenote, there are stairs to walk to 3rd floor unit but good news is there is an elevator to unload the heavy stuff. Nice neighbors and the couple that owns the unit is great. Don't forget to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner and WINE for sundowners.
