Lakefront-April Sound -Hot tub bath with Panoramic lake view- Fish off the dock

  • This waterfront home is located in the quiet and secure neighborhood of April Sound. Enjoy the outdoors and the panoramic lake views from any of the 3 outdoor patio decks, 2 of which are covered. Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own meals. A full bar. located next to the kitchen has a wine fridge, full size beverage fridge, and an ice machine. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, the master has a king size bed, and a one-of-a-kind master bath. 2 other bedrooms have king size beds, plus a trundle bed, the 4th bedroom has a trundle bed as well with 2 each twin beds. All bedrooms have 55 in smart televisions and all king size mattresses are Tempur-Pedic with luxurious bedding. The living area downstairs has a half bath, plenty of dining space, & cable television. The master bedroom & bath have gorgeous panoramic views of lake Conroe.

Guests acknowledge that setting off fireworks is prohibited in April Sound. Security may remove violators with no refund and may issue up to $750 fine
