Enjoy a fully enclosed deck with lounge furniture, firepit, and grill along with all the amenities of Walden including the pool, yacht club, fitness center, and the Breakwater Grill with live music on weekends. Truly the best spot on the lake to fish, paddleboard, kayak, or splash and swim in the calm and protected marina right out the back door. Dock your boat in front during your stay or rent a boat, paddle board, or peddle boat at the marina. Free access to the Walden Pool, Tennis Courts, and fitness center is included with the rental.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bed linens on the beds. Bring all used towels down and place by the laundry room.
Place trash in large black bag under the kitchen sink and place outside by the driveway. If no black bags, place trash in the large plastic trash bins on the patio and place on the driveway.
Do NOT lock the bottom hand lock on the front door. Only use the Nest lock when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The unit property line runs from each side wall out to the water. Grass and deck areas outside of that are private property of the other owners.
Additional guests not part of the reservation are not allowed at the property unless prior approval from owner.
