  • Magnificent apartment with mountain charm of 45 m2 on the ground floor of a chalet built in 2016 with a large terrace of 30 m2 and an unobstructed view of the mountains at 180°C. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom. Two parking spaces under shelter and ski locker are at your disposal. A 5-minute walk from the first lifts, all amenities and the Nuxe spa.
    You have free access to the Montgenèvre bus network, to access the accommodation you must take the "GROSSE PIERRE" stop which is a 3-minute walk away. It will allow you to access the slopes easily.

    Ideal for both winter and summer holidays!

    The keys are to be collected at the concierge at the bottom of the station at Durance Immobilier, route d'Italie 05100 MONTGENEVRE. 04 92 21 82 96

    Snow tyres or chains are mandatory to access the resort. Clean sheets and towels are available on site.

Agréable location, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Très grande terrasse ensoleillée du matin au soir. Un peu excentrée pour aller skier, il faut donc prévoir de laisser son materiel chez l'un des loueur de skis au pied des pistes. Ainsi, on peut facilement circuler à pied ou avec la navette du village.
