- Etienne is delighted to welcome you to a rare little corner of paradise. Direct access to the sea! South-facing terrace in exotic wood, perfect for outdoor meals and aperitifs. You will stay in a modern house of 150m2 with a sea view of the cove of Landemer, a small secret harbour of the wild Cotentin. Three steps literally separate you from the ideally exposed beach. The most timid can bask in a private sandy corner.
